Andrei
Telecommunications Engineer
I'm a Telecommunications Engineer who ended up building AI systems because the problems I was solving in enterprise networking — complexity, manual processes, data silos — are exactly the problems that AI is good at fixing. So I learned both. Now I apply them together.
Background
My foundation is in telecommunications engineering — designing and implementing networks for enterprises across LATAM using Huawei and Cisco infrastructure. I've worked on projects ranging from campus LAN deployments to WAN backbone design, always with a focus on documentation, security, and long-term maintainability.
In parallel, I got into AI development when I saw how much time my clients were losing to repetitive processes that LLMs could handle. I started building RAG pipelines, automation workflows, and AI agents — and realized that the engineering discipline from networking (reliability, observability, structured design) translates directly to building AI systems that hold up in production.
Xuiatek is where both come together. I work with companies that need both: infrastructure they can rely on and automation that actually runs.

How I work
Honest scoping
I tell you what's realistic before we start — not after. If a project is not a good fit, I'll say so.
Production-first
I build for stability and maintainability, not demos. Documentation is part of every delivery.
No black boxes
You always know what is being built and why. Regular updates, no surprises at handover.
